This notice describes how Fortiva handles enquiries submitted through this website.
Information you provide
We receive your name, work email, organisation, role, country, area of interest and any message you choose to send. Do not include credentials, private keys or sensitive client information.
Purpose and processing
We use enquiry details to respond, arrange demonstrations and discuss requested services. Processing supports your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, subject to applicable law.
Service providers and security
The site uses Cloudflare Pages, Turnstile and KV for hosting, abuse prevention and enquiry storage. If configured, Resend delivers an email notification. These providers process data under their service terms; their processing locations may differ from yours.
Retention
Enquiries stored by the form expire after 90 days. Email copies and ongoing business correspondence may be retained separately as needed for the enquiry or applicable obligations. Contact us about deletion.
Your choices
For access, correction, deletion or an objection to processing, contact info@fortivacustody.com. Rights depend on applicable law. You may also contact your competent supervisory authority.
Abuse prevention
A hashed network identifier is retained briefly to limit repeated requests. Turnstile processes technical signals to distinguish legitimate visits from automated abuse.
